NOTES:

Cut-off dates are established and published to reflect the U.S. Customs
requirement that all cargo originating in the U.S. consisting of used,
titled, personally owned vehicles are to be received at the load port terminal
three business days prior to scheduled departure date. Any exceptions
to these cut-offs for U.S. originating cargo require prior approval from
NYK Bulkship. A Shipper's Export Declaration must be submitted along
with the original/certified titles to Customs.

Original SED's must be submitted to the carrier prior to exportation.

MAXIMUM DIMENSIONS FOR OVERLAND DRAYAGE IN JAPAN - 12 x 2.5 x 3.8
meters.

MAXIMUM WEIGHT FOR OVERLAND DRAYAGE IN JAPAN - 20 metric tons.

CARGO MUST RUN AT MINIMUM 50-60 KPH (30-37 MPH).

TOWABLE/NON-RUNNING VEHICLES - All non-running self-propelled motor
vehicles needing to be towed onboard the vessel will be assessed a towing
fee of USD$ 150.00 per unit.

DAS/NATTS terminal space is limited prior to vessel departure.
Please confirm allocation prior to early delivery of cargo. Receiving
is allowed Monday through Friday, 08:00 - 16:30, excluding the lunch period,
11:30 - 13:00.

You must notify the terminal 24 hours prior to delivery when delivering
cargo to NATTS terminal.
